Estimated delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 7–14 working days across the UK.
All orders include free standard delivery — no minimum spend required.
Not received your tracking email?
Check your spam or junk folder first — dispatch emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll send your tracking details manually.
My tracking shows no updates
It can take up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear. If there's no movement after 3 working days, get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier.
