Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery over over £60 across the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, standard delivery takes 7–14 working days to arrive. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods such as public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel in real time.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delays & Issues

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
