1. Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 7–14 working days across the UK. Free standard delivery is included on all orders with no minimum spend.

7. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item — no reason required. To exercise this right, contact us at support@zenvorafit.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty or not as described. Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Noriven Holdings Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Noriven Holdings Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
