Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item — no reason required.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at support@zenvorafit.com within 14 days of delivery. Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
How to Return an Item
- Email support@zenvorafit.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Ship the item back using a tracked service — we recommend keeping your proof of postage.
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- With all accessories and components included
We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Depending on your bank or card provider, please allow 3–5 additional business days for the funds to appear.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Your consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full:
- Within 30 days of delivery — you are entitled to a full refund if the item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
- Within 6 months — if a fault develops, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
- After 6 months — you may still make a claim; we may ask you to demonstrate the fault was present at the time of purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging before contacting us. This helps us resolve your case faster.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been used, worn, or assembled
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery without a prior agreed exception
- Hygiene-sensitive items where the seal has been broken (e.g. face masks, personal care devices that make direct skin contact, if unsealed)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days of us confirming approval:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider — processing times vary.
- If you still haven't received it, email us at support@zenvorafit.com.
