1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside the UK and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us at support@zenvorafit.com.

2. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order within 1–3 business days.

Processing includes verifying your order, preparing it for dispatch and handing it over to our fulfilment partner.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, which may include tracking information where available.

3. Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery to your address.

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasional delays may occur due to high demand periods, carrier capacity or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of placing it, please contact us at support@zenvorafit.com and we will investigate promptly.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to UK addresses. No minimum order value applies.

5. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery via the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active.

If you did not receive a tracking number or your tracking link is not updating, please contact us at support@zenvorafit.com.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

ZenVoraFit accepts no liability for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at support@zenvorafit.com — we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically:

Leave a delivery notification card with instructions
Attempt redelivery on the following business day
Hold the parcel at a local depot or collection point for a set period

If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged in transit — If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take photographs of both the packaging and the item before contacting us at support@zenvorafit.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Lost in transit — If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe and tracking confirms no movement, please contact us. We will liaise with our fulfilment partner to locate your parcel or arrange an appropriate resolution.
