4. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications on our Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is entirely free from errors.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.
We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
5. Pricing
All prices on our Site are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.
In the event of a pricing error on our Site:
- If the correct price is lower than stated, we will charge the lower amount and notify you.
- If the correct price is higher than stated, we will contact you before processing your order to give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
We are under no obligation to fulfil an order placed at an incorrect price.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order — When you submit an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. No contract exists between us until we confirm acceptance of your order.
Order confirmation — You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance — Your order is accepted, and a binding contract is formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your item(s) have been shipped.
Right to decline — We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised use of payment methods
- Products being out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product description errors
- Failure of payment authorisation
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
7. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Any other methods displayed at checkout
All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to carry out fraud checks and to decline or cancel orders where fraud is suspected.
8. Delivery
Delivery areas — We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. International delivery may be available for selected countries — please check our Shipping Policy for details.
Estimated delivery times — Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including carrier delays, customs processing or extreme weather events).
Risk and title — Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title (ownership) passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
Failed delivery — If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the item is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Damaged in transit — If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item before contacting us at support@zenvorafit.com. We will resolve the issue promptly in accordance with your statutory rights.
For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
9. Returns and Refunds
Your rights regarding returns and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zenvorafit.com before sending any item back.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
10. Consumer Rights
As a consumer purchasing goods online from a UK business, you benefit from the following statutory protections:
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery during which you may cancel your order for any reason, without penalty.
Consumer Rights Act 2015 — All products sold by us must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If a product does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and timing of your claim.
These rights exist regardless of any separate commercial guarantee we may offer and are in addition to any such guarantee.
11. Warranties and Guarantees
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, our products do not come with a manufacturer's written guarantee beyond your statutory rights.
Where we offer a commercial trial period or satisfaction guarantee (such as our 7-day trial), the terms of that offer are in addition to — and do not replace — your statutory rights.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, video, product descriptions and the overall design, is the property of ZenVoraFit or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or use any content from our Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
You may share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes provided you credit ZenVoraFit and include a link to the original page.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK law:
- Our total liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

- Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law, including liability under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
15. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only.
We have no control over the content, policies or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility or liability for them. Accessing a third-party site is entirely at your own risk.

- Natural disasters, extreme weather or acts of God
- Government actions, regulations or restrictions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Industrial disputes, strikes or labour shortages
- Disruption to transport networks or postal services

Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We will always display the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZenVoraFit in relation to your use of the Site and purchase of our products.
They supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between us.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
21. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all complaints and disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a concern:
