What's Covered

We'll repair, replace, or refund any device that develops a genuine manufacturing fault under normal household use within 6 months of delivery, including:

• The device fails to power on or charge
• Motor, vibration, or heating function stops working under normal use
• Battery fails to hold a charge significantly below expected performance
• Buttons, controls, or display stop responding correctly

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. fabric fading, minor scuffs)
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or use outside the instructions provided
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Damage from incorrect voltage, unapproved chargers, or water exposure (unless the product is described as waterproof)
• Commercial or non-household use
• Claims made after the 6-month warranty period has ended

This warranty is an added layer of protection — it doesn't replace or limit your legal rights as a consumer.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a UK consumer:

• Within the first 30 days — you're entitled to a full refund if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its stated purpose.
• Between 30 days and 6 months — any fault is presumed to have been present at the time of purchase. We'll repair or replace the product; if that's not possible, you're entitled to a refund (a deduction may apply for use).
