The illustrated poses on the front are genuinely useful — I no longer need my phone propped up next to me. The stretch side on the back is even better for my morning routine. Solid mat, good grip.

THE MAT IS THE GUIDE
No phone. No app. No cards. Just the mat.
The FlowGuide has 75 illustrated yoga poses printed on the front surface and 75 stretches organised by body part on the reverse. Lay it out and every reference you need is already there — pose names, figures and groupings printed directly onto the mat. No screen to unlock, no app to load, no separate guide to keep nearby.

75 POSES + 75 STRETCHES
Two complete references. One on each side.
The front side (purple) features 75 yoga poses with illustrated figures and pose names. The reverse side (navy) organises 75 stretches by body part: Neck, Shoulders & Arms, Chest, Back, Torso, Abs, Hips, Quadriceps, Hamstrings and Lower Legs. Use the front for a yoga session and flip to the back for a targeted post-session stretch. Both sides are printed directly onto the mat surface.

PVC. NON-SLIP. ODOUR-FREE.
Designed for daily practice on any floor.
The FlowGuide is made from PVC with a non-slip surface on both sides. The mat is 6mm thick and 173×61cm — standard yoga mat dimensions that fit most practice spaces. The material is described as environmentally friendly and odourless. The two sides are distinctly coloured — purple and navy — so it is always clear which reference is facing up. A carry strap and bag are included for storage and transport.

DOUBLE-LAYER CONSTRUCTION
Two colours. Two sides. One mat.
The FlowGuide is constructed as a single double-sided mat — not two mats bonded together. The purple yoga pose layer and the navy stretch layer are printed on opposite faces of the same PVC base. The mat rolls cleanly for storage and holds its shape on the floor during use. The illustrations are embedded in the surface and do not peel or wear off with regular practice.

Really good value. The stretch guide on the back is organised clearly by body part which makes it easy to build a quick routine. Mat is the right thickness — not too thin, not too padded. Would buy again.
Good mat for the price. The carry bag is a nice touch — I take it to the park at weekends. The illustrations are clear and don't fade with use. Took a couple of sessions to break in but it's settled well.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the two sides?
The front side (purple) has 75 yoga poses illustrated with figures and pose names — useful for building or following a yoga sequence. The reverse side (navy) organises 75 stretches by body part: Neck, Shoulders & Arms, Chest, Back, Torso, Abs, Hips, Quadriceps, Hamstrings and Lower Legs. The stretch side is designed for targeted post-session or standalone stretching routines.
What are the dimensions?
The FlowGuide measures 173×61cm and is 6mm thick — standard yoga mat dimensions that suit most body sizes and practice spaces. The mat rolls to a compact cylinder for storage and fits into the included carry bag. The carry bag has a shoulder strap for transport.
Is it non-slip?
The FlowGuide has a non-slip surface on both sides. It is designed for use on hard floors — wood, tile and similar surfaces. On very smooth or polished floors, placing the mat on a rug or anti-slip underlay will improve stability. The PVC material provides grip for most indoor practice surfaces.
Can I use it for disciplines other than yoga?
Yes. The stretch side in particular is useful for any warm-up or cool-down routine — the stretches are organised by body part and work as a standalone flexibility guide regardless of the main exercise. The mat is suitable for Pilates, bodyweight training, stretching sessions and general floor-based exercise.
Does it come with a carry bag?
Yes. The FlowGuide includes both a carry strap and a drawstring carry bag. The bag fits the rolled mat and has a shoulder strap for transport to a class, park or gym. Both the strap and bag are included with the mat.
Does it have an odour?
The FlowGuide is described by the manufacturer as odourless. Some PVC mats have a faint smell when first unrolled — if this is the case, leave it unrolled in a ventilated room for 24 to 48 hours before first use. The smell, if any, dissipates quickly and does not return with regular use.
