DUAL CONTACT ZONES
Two circular contact zones on the face of the device sit directly against the underside of the chin. The EMS pulses are delivered through both contact points simultaneously, targeting the throat and jaw muscles from two positions for consistent stimulation across the area throughout the session.
HOW SNORING HAPPENS
Snoring typically occurs when the muscles in the throat and jaw relax during sleep, narrowing or partially blocking the airway. The SilentWave has three intensity levels. Level 1 is recommended for first use — it delivers a gentle pulse that most users do not find intrusive during sleep. Increase to Level 2 or 3 if Level 1 feels insufficient. Most users settle on Level 1 or 2.
The SilentWave charges via USB. Connect the included cable to the charging port on the underside of the device and plug into any USB power source. A full charge typically takes 1 to 2 hours. Charge before first use and top up as needed between sessions.
