One set. Every muscle group that needs it.

BACK. LEGS. FEET.

One set. Every muscle group that needs it.

The RollDeep foam roller covers the main areas where tension builds: the upper and lower back, the calves and hamstrings, the glutes and hips, and the soles of the feet. Roll bodyweight directly onto the foam roller and control pressure by adjusting position. The peanut ball reaches the area either side of the spine on the upper back — a spot where a standard roller applies too much direct pressure. No power, no batteries, no setup.

Three zones. Three intensities. One roller.

3D TEXTURED SURFACE

Three zones. Three intensities. One roller.

The RollDeep foam roller has three distinct texture zones running along its length. The top zone features small, tightly spaced bumps that deliver concentrated pressure — the most intense of the three. The middle zone has medium-sized blocks for a firmer general massage. The bottom zone has flatter, wider ridges for the lightest and broadest contact. Move along the roller to shift between intensities without changing tools.

Two tools. Different uses. Both included.

FOAM ROLLER + PEANUT BALL

Two tools. Different uses. Both included.

The foam roller is used for larger muscle groups — legs, glutes, upper back and IT band. The peanut ball is a double-sphere massage tool designed for the either side of the spine and the upper back, where a standard roller cannot be used safely. Lie on the peanut ball positioned across the mid or upper back and use bodyweight to apply pressure. Both tools and the carry bag are included in the set.

Adjust by position. No settings required.

INTENSE / MEDIUM / LIGHT

Adjust by position. No settings required.

The three intensity zones allow you to control the pressure of each session without changing tools or adjusting any settings. Start on the light zone at the base if you are new to foam rolling or working a sensitive area. Move to the medium zone for standard sessions. Use the intense zone at the top for the most concentrated pressure on larger muscle groups like the calves and quads. The EPP foam holds its shape across repeated use.

T***s · Leeds

Use it every evening after the gym — the textured roller on the legs and the peanut ball on the upper back. The three intensity zones on the roller genuinely feel different. Good solid set for the price.

N***a · London

The peanut ball is the standout piece for me — I use it on my upper back every morning and it reaches spots nothing else does. The foam roller is firm and holds its shape well. The carry bag is a bonus.

D***k · Birmingham

Good set. I was sceptical about the three texture zones making a difference but they do — the top zone is noticeably more intense than the bottom. Takes a few sessions to find the right positions but worth it.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the set?

The RollDeep set includes one large EPP foam roller with a 3D textured surface across three intensity zones, one peanut ball massage tool for the upper back and spine area, and a carry bag with shoulder strap for storage and transport. All three items are included as standard.

What are the three texture zones?

The foam roller has three distinct zones running along its length. The top zone has small, closely spaced bumps that deliver the most concentrated pressure — suited to dense muscle groups like calves and quads. The middle zone has medium-sized blocks for general use. The bottom zone has wider, flatter ridges for lighter, broader contact — a good starting point for new users or sensitive areas.

How do I use the peanut ball?

Place the peanut ball on the floor and lie on it with the two spheres positioned either side of the spine — not directly on the vertebrae. The shape follows the natural curve of the spine and allows you to work either side of the upper and mid back. Use bodyweight to apply pressure and roll slowly up and down the back. It can also be used on the glutes and shoulders.

What body areas can I use it on?

The foam roller is suited to the legs (calves, hamstrings, quads, IT band), glutes, hips and upper back. The peanut ball is designed for either side of the spine on the upper and mid back, the glutes and the shoulders. The sole of the foot can also be rolled using the foam roller or peanut ball while standing.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. Start with the light zone at the base of the roller if you are new to foam rolling — it delivers the least pressure and allows the muscles to adapt gradually. Use shorter sessions of 5 to 10 minutes to begin with and increase duration as you become more familiar with the pressure. The peanut ball is naturally more targeted — use light bodyweight pressure initially.

How do I store and transport it?

Both the foam roller and peanut ball fit into the included carry bag, which has a shoulder strap for easy transport to the gym, a class or when travelling. The EPP foam roller is lightweight and does not compress or deform when stored. Keep the set in the bag when not in use to protect the surface of both tools.
