REFLEXOLOGY MAP
SolePress™ Acupressure Slippers come with a reflexology zone map printed directly on the insole — arch, heel, ball and toes, each labelled. Walk, stand or shift your weight to focus pressure exactly where you want it. No guide to keep nearby — the reference is built in, so you can just slip them on and switch off.

ROTATING MASSAGE HEADS
Each massage head sits on a spring and rotates on contact with the foot — as your weight shifts, the heads turn against the sole instead of pressing in one fixed spot. It's a continuous rolling sensation, different from a flat acupressure mat — easy to enjoy for a few quiet minutes at the end of the day.

BROWN · RED · WHITE
Three types of massage points across the sole: brown for standard pressure, red at key reflex zones for something firmer, and white at the toes for the lightest touch. Some days call for more pressure, others for less — no adjusting needed, just how you shift your weight.

WEAR AT HOME
Ten to twenty minutes is usually enough to feel the difference — tension easing out of tired feet, a warm, re-energised feeling that lingers, and a calmer note to end the day on. Stable on hardwood, tile and carpet, unisex sizing. No battery, no charging, no app — put them on and carry on.

I stand on my feet most of the day and these have made a real difference. Twenty minutes in the evening and my feet feel noticeably better — the rotating heads actually move, not just static bumps.
Good product. The rotating heads actually move which is satisfying — not just fixed pressure points. Takes a few days to get used to the intensity but after that you look forward to using them. Sizing was accurate.
Bought these for post-run recovery. The reflexology map on the sole is a useful reference — you can see which zones you're targeting. The red points are noticeably firmer than the others. Good build quality for the price.
No batteries, no charging — just keep them by the sofa and use them most evenings. Simple straight out of the box, and sizing worked fine for me (UK 8). The reflexology map printed on the sole is a nice touch — you can actually see where you're pressing.
Each massage head on the SolePress sits on a spring mechanism and rotates freely on contact. As you walk or shift your weight, the heads turn against the sole — delivering a rolling pressure rather than fixed static contact. The spring base allows each head to compress and recover independently, adapting to the natural contours of the foot. The rotation is passive and requires no power or settings.
The SolePress has three types of massage points. The brown heads cover most of the surface and deliver standard pressure. The red heads are positioned at key reflex zones — they sit higher and are firmer, applying more concentrated pressure to those areas. The white heads at the front of the sole are lighter. The three types create a varied pressure pattern across the full foot during each session.
The insole of the SolePress has a reflexology zone map printed on its surface, showing which areas of the sole correspond to different body regions. The massage heads are positioned to cover the zones marked on the map. The map is for reference and is visible on the underside of the slipper. The SolePress is not a medical device and does not claim to diagnose or treat any condition.
The SolePress is available in four EU size bands — 38-39, 40-41, 42-43 and 44-45 — in Brown and White, with the UK equivalent shown next to each option. Match your usual EU or UK size to the band that includes it. If you are between bands, choose the larger for a more comfortable fit. The design is unisex and suitable for both men and women.
Most users wear the SolePress for 10 to 20 minutes per session. If you are new to acupressure footwear, start with 5 to 10 minutes to allow the feet to adapt — particularly to the firmer red points. Increase session length gradually over the first week. Use them while walking around the house or standing still, shifting weight between feet to vary the pressure across different zones.
The SolePress is designed for indoor use on standard household floors — hardwood, tile, laminate and carpet. The flat base is stable on all of these surfaces. Avoid use on wet or outdoor surfaces. The slipper should feel secure underfoot during normal home activity. If the fit feels loose, size down by one.
