Upper back and shoulders. Without help.

CURVED HANDLE

Upper back and shoulders. Without help.

The SpineArch has an L-shaped curved handle that changes the angle of approach. Hold the lower grip and the massage head naturally reaches the upper back, shoulder blade and trapezius area without twisting the arm or bending the wrist. The curved design is shown in use in the product images — solo, no assistance. Effective on the thoracic spine area, rear shoulders and the base of the neck.

Ball, disc, fork, bullet. One for each area.

4 ATTACHMENT HEADS

Ball, disc, fork, bullet. One for each area.

The SpineArch comes with four interchangeable attachment heads, all visible in the product images: a large ball head for broad muscle groups, a flat disc for larger surface areas, a fork/U-shaped head for either side of the spine, and a bullet head for concentrated point pressure. Each head clicks into the gun body and can be swapped without tools. The set covers the full range of use from broad recovery sessions to targeted relief.

Recovery for every routine.

FULL-BODY USE

Recovery for every routine.

The SpineArch is shown in use across four different contexts in the product images — yoga cool-down, post-run stretching, pre-workout activation and gym recovery. The curved handle covers the upper back and shoulders; the standard grip position works the legs, quads, calves and arms. Three adjustable speed settings allow the intensity to be matched to the target area and session type.

Light enough to carry. Powerful enough to use daily.

COMPACT BUILD

Light enough to carry. Powerful enough to use daily.

The SpineArch uses a brushless motor with a 1200mAh rechargeable battery and charges via USB. The compact body is designed for home use and travel. Three speed gears are controlled via the button on the handle. The device is lightweight enough to hold at the full extension of the curved handle without arm fatigue during a session.

D***n · Manchester

The curved handle is the difference. I've had regular massage guns before and could never properly reach my upper back. With this one I can work the whole area myself — no contorting, no asking anyone. Use it every day after work.

R***a · London

Four heads included and I actually use all of them — the ball head for my quads, the fork for either side of the spine, and the bullet for a knot in my shoulder. Good quality for the price and the curved handle works exactly as advertised.

P***k · Edinburgh

Compact enough to keep in my kit bag and powerful enough to actually do something. The three speeds are well spaced — I use medium on most areas and high on my quads after a long run. Only minor criticism is the cable is a bit short.

Frequently asked questions

How does the curved handle help with the upper back?

The SpineArch has an L-shaped handle that changes the approach angle of the massage head. Hold the lower section of the grip and the curved arm naturally positions the head against the upper back, shoulder blade and trapezius area without requiring you to twist your wrist or extend your arm behind your back. This configuration is shown in the product images and works best for the thoracic spine area, rear shoulders and the base of the neck.

What are the four attachment heads and when should I use each?

The SpineArch includes four heads: a large ball head for broad muscle groups such as quads, hamstrings and glutes; a flat disc for larger surface areas and general use; a fork or U-shaped head that sits either side of the spine for targeted spinal muscle relief; and a bullet head for concentrated pressure on specific knots or trigger points. All four are shown in the product images.

How many speed settings does it have?

The SpineArch has three speed settings, adjustable via the button on the handle. Use the lowest setting for warm-up, sensitive areas or first-time use. The middle setting suits most muscle groups during recovery. The highest setting is intended for deeper tissue work on larger muscle groups such as the quads and glutes. Start low and increase as needed.

How long does the battery last?

The SpineArch runs on a 1200mAh rechargeable battery. Battery life will vary depending on the speed setting used. Recharge via the USB cable included with the device. The device is intended for regular home use and daily recovery sessions.

Which body areas can I use it on?

The SpineArch is suitable for the back, shoulders, neck base, arms, legs, quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes. The curved handle is specifically designed for the upper back and shoulder area. Use the standard grip position for the lower body. Avoid bony areas, joints and any areas with broken or irritated skin. Do not apply directly over the spine itself.

How is it charged?

The SpineArch charges via USB. Connect the charging cable to any USB power source — a wall adapter, laptop or power bank. Refer to the included instruction manual for full charging guidance before first use.
